When and where do you deliver?

We are currently offering free local delivery on orders over $10.

Our delivery areas are Stephenville, Kippens, Port au Port and Stephenville Crossing. We deliver to Stephenville Crossing once a week on Saturday. Anywhere outside of this will be shipped through the mail and shipping charges will apply. If you are from outside our delivery area and would like to arrange a free pickup in Stephenville, please send us an email to candylanenl@gmail.com or send us a message on Facebook.

Deliveries take place from Wednesday - Saturday. Orders made before 11:59AM can be delivered the same day to the shipping address you provide. Orders made after 11:59AM, will be delivered the next day to the shipping address you provide. We begin deliveries at 7PM.

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout.

If there is a storm warning, delivery will be delayed until the storm has passed.

we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

I do not see a free local delivery option at checkout?

Sometimes our page encounters a glitch.

If you are in our delivery area and do not see the free local delivery option, please refresh your page and when you type your address, use the Google suggested address that pops up. Please ensure that the address name is typed in full (Street, Boulevard, Avenue, etc).

If you are still having this issue and are paying by e-transfer, you can go through the checkout process as usual and deduct the shipping amount before sending your e-transfer.

If you are paying by credit card, please reach out to us via Facebook messenger or via email at candylanenl@gmail.com and we’ll work out the issue.

I don't see the item I'm looking for on the website?

Our items are limited stock and once they sell out they are removed from the website. Due to the nature of our business, we may not be able to get it back in stock.

We do have an email when available button available that you can sign up for to be notified as soon as the item you're looking for comes back in stock. When you click on the item, you will see a green "Email when available" button on the left side of the screen. From there, you can enter your email address and you will be notified.

Can I add a special note to my order?

We have added a place under the checkout to add a special note. If you’d like one added to your order, please place your exact message into the additional notes area at checkout.
